What are your fees?

We charge flat fees for our packaged services and also offer hourly consulting. Pricing varies by package and is also associated with a client’s level of experience. Please contact us to schedule a complimentary initial phone consultation, during which you will be provided with personalized quotes for the service options that best address your needs.

Do you charge for the initial consultation?

No, all initial consultation calls are complimentary.

What are your business hours?

All initial consultations and client meetings are conducted during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern (excluding major holidays).

Where do you meet with clients?

Meetings are held in person at our office located in Midtown Manhattan during regular business hours. We also work with clients across the US and around the world, so for those located outside of NY, meetings are conducted via Skype or phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check (paper and electronic, via Zelle digital payments network) and credit card. Credit card payments are processed via Square and subject to an additional processing charge (Square’s fee).

Can you update my existing resume?

While resume rewriting or editing is not provided as a stand-alone service, we do offer a comprehensive resume and LinkedIn profile assessment that includes strategic and actionable recommendations. This is perfect if you’re looking to optimize your current resume and LinkedIn profile quickly.

Do you have samples of your work?

All client work is strictly confidential. In addition, each client is unique and there is a different resume writing strategy employed for each person. We do, however, have testimonials of client experiences on our website and on LinkedIn.

We also publish original content on career strategy, personal branding, resume writing and more, in our monthly newsletter, and our Events & Press page includes links to publications where we’ve been been a key source and contributor.

How long does the resume creation process take?

Completion time varies per client because each person has a different sense of urgency to his/her job search and personal brand development. Timing is also influenced by a client’s professional and personal schedules, particularly during the iterative process of resume writing. During your initial phone consultation, we will discuss your individual needs and ideal timeframe.

What is your success rate?

Clients’ goals vary and so the effectiveness of our work cannot be measured by a single metric. A great way to learn about the experiences of past clients is to read their testimonials on our website.

Do you work with recruiters?

We advise on ways to initiate and manage relationships with recruiters and professionals in executive search. When appropriate, we introduce clients to specific recruiters with whom we have relationships.
