During the entire RS process, your dedicated RS consultant will discuss each area of your resume strategically and explain how to talk about both specific items and general areas while networking and during an interview.
Once you have an RS resume, we stay committed to you and your success. In the future, if you want to make changes to your resume, the dedicated RS consultant with whom you worked initially, will work with you again.
Your resume is an important communications piece; therefore, Resume Strategists treats each phase of its resume development process with focused, thoughtful and dedicated time. Close attention is paid to strategy, structure and effectiveness.
The RS process is broken down into three phases:
Your dedicated RS consultant will analyze your current resume (if you have one) and develop a series of questions and discussion points to learn more about you. These questions and discussion points will serve as a guide during your first meeting, where you will not only discuss your skills, experience, education and other relevant background information, but you will also talk about your professional aspirations and goals and the types of positions that you would like to pursue.
The information from Phase 1 is synthesized, and a first draft of your new resume is written. Close attention is paid to organization and prioritization of information, language, layout and design, and the overall effectiveness of your resume.
During this phase, changes are made to your resume until you are completely satisfied with it.
